So I've been working with a Property Management Company called Vita Reality who manages multiple properties in the Jacksonville area... They have called on me to do odd jobs on 10 or 15 different properties by now and usually they are small jobs for current tenants or occassionally I will perform a "turn over" on a unit between tenants which will consist of any repairs to damaged walls that are nicked from moving furnature or needing nail holes patched. Sometimes I will repair cabnet door in the kitchen or hang new blinds along with touch up painting and recaulking bathtubs and the like.
This is just one of the jobs they hired me for recently where the grout and caulk seals in a bathroom tub had gotten so bad that the tile had lifted away from the wall and the drywall behind it had become completely molded, wet and flaking away.
