The Russo Job

The Russo's contacted me with what was a bit of a rush order.... Fortunately I was able to move some stuff around on my schedule and get to it in time for them... They were throwing some sort of event or party on the upcoming weekend and wanted to make the house look nice but it needed to happen quick.   They asked me to pressure wash the entire house and have a few trees trimmed back. 
They have a beautiful home!... but the view of it from the street was obsured by tree limbs and there was substantial mold & mildew growing on the shaded sides of the house and around the eaves... as is typical for all Florida homes in the high humidity environment and because of the shade created by the trees in the yard.   You can see for yourself the difference all this made in the before and after photos below. 

BEFORE:

There was substantial leaf matter, sticks and spanish moss that had accumulated on the roof and was starting to decompose with new growth sprouting from it....

You can see the grime on the drip edge and the mold growing on the bottom of the siding

They have a nice sized painted concrete patio that was nearly black in some areas.

The brick work around the house was full of mold & grime especially in the mortar lines

What a difference!

Their beautiful home presents very nicely and unobscured from the street now.

No more grime or mold

Patio is ready for entertaining... I'm sure the party was a hit!
