Cook's Rental Rehab

I was contacted by Mr. Cook on a referral from a realitor friend.  Mr. Cook lives in New York but he had just purchased a rental property here in Jacksonville that needed some work to make it presentable to prospecitve tenants.  The list included installing 9 sets of window blinds, changing out 3 light fixtures, wiring in a new stove, installing a microwave range, altering a cabnet so the new refrigerator would fit, pressure washing the front walk and deck, changing out a leaking hose bib, as well as a host of other smaller tasks such caulking, patching drywall, replacing window screens and touch up painting.  This is a great example of the type of "One stop shopping" services I provide.  See the attached photos.
