I didn't capture much of the work but the big projects were the painting of the door and repairing drywall. See the attached before and after photos below. (NOTE: I still need to get a few of the after photos to attach so forgive the incomplete post here)
BEFORE: AFTER:
This was a hole in the garage cieling where there was some previous water damage and the hole was cut to get to and repair a leaking pipe. The second photo above was taken after replacing the drywall, tape and joint compound... I still need a photo of the final product with the water stains and whole area primed and painted with popcorn cieling patch.
This was an area also in the garage where the AC Handler drain tube was cloged and water from the condenser ran down the wall ruining a large area of drywall making it very soft. Again, I cut out the old stuff, replaced with new drywall, taped the seams, applied joint compound and sanded. I don't yet have a photo of the finished product after the area was primed and painted.
The front door was a mess of cracking, faded and chipping paint. It appeared that it had not been primed before and it required me to completely scrape and wire brush the entire surface, wipe it clean, prime and paint. Its a long process if you didn't know.
